Controller
Our client is looking for a full-time Controller to join their team in Portland, Oregon. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company. Qualifications of the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred. 
• 5+ years of related experience with strong knowledge in GAAP. 
• Previous supervisory and leadership experience.
• Senior living, property management, or similar multi-entity industry experience highly preferred. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset. 

Responsibilities of the Controller

• Prepare financial statements and oversee month-end processes.
• Present financial information and company metrics to multiple stakeholders.
• Manage cash positions and prepare cash forecast models. 
• Develop accounting team members. 
• Assist with budgeting efforts. 
• Lead year-end audits and tax returns.

Salary: $110k-$120k (DOE)
