Compensation Consultant
Our well-established healthcare client is seeking a reliable Compensation Consultant to support their team! This is a stellar opportunity for someone who enjoys research and collaboration and thrives in a detail-oriented, deadline driven role.

This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must be within commutable distance to Portland, Oregon.

Compensation Consultant Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of related HR experience including compensation analysis.
  • Proficient with HRIS and MS Office including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-directed with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Compensation Consultant Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze job compensation structures/pay equity.
  • Provide recommendations to management on job classifications and descriptions.
  • Process compensation adjustment requests ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Perform ad-hoc compensation analysis and related reporting.

Salary: $40-$43/hr. (DOE)
