Communications Specialist III
This position is responsible for leading and supporting the communication of corporate initiatives and employee communications as well as other leaders and groups within the organization.

This is a remote position, east coast candidates preferred.

Communications Specialist III Responsibilities
Lead work directly with internal and external stakeholders to absorb complex strategic and organizational information to prepare easily understood, compelling copy to communicate messages and programs.
Write and edit copy for corporate communications and other projects required by communications management, such as:
Corporate communications projects.
Employee communications.
Human resources programs and projects.
Organizational development programs and projects.
People change management programs and projects.
Training programs and projects.
Work closely with Communications Managers and Project Leaders as well as other internal stakeholders, to synchronize communications activities across various channels.
Execute against product marketing programs.
Lead and provide support and coaching for internal communications events such as roundtables.
Lead and support the development of internal communications programs for employees.
Ensure consistent and appropriate branding for all materials produced.
Work with external vendors and suppliers to execute against programs and projects.
Provide guidance to and mentor more junior team members.
Lead or participate in other projects or duties.
Occasional travel required.
Participate in other projects or duties.

Communications Specialist III Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Six (6) years plus of experience in corporate communications.
Three (3) years of communications project management experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Exceptional written and oral communications.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and adapt to changing and multiple priorities.
Ability to develop and apply professional concepts to resolve issues with limited to moderate scope.
Ability to work with general supervision on routine work, more detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Ability to guild productive internal/external working relationships.
Ability to listen and understand information and communicate the same.
Must possess good organizational skills.
Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
Sufficient knowledge of business communications, including telephone, voicemail, and e-mail and operations of office machines, such as photocopier, scanner, and fax.
Able to lift twenty-five pounds.

Compensation: $40-$59/hr. (DOE)
