Collaboration Services Engineer / Powershell
In this role, you will administer and/or engineer server solutions or applications in support of company initiatives. You will provide high level customer service to bank associates. Assist or advise other TAG teams on technical issues.
Can work remote but must live in one of these states: CA, OR, CO, ID, NV, AZ, WA, UT.
Collaboration Services Engineer / Powershell Responsibilities:
Manage planning, implementing, and maintaining systems at the company. This positionis responsible for installing/configuring/maintaining systems, servers, client-based solutions, storage, and applications within the following four groups: TSS, Systems Operations: Server Operating Systems (Windows Linux), SCCM, SCOM and Citrix, TSS, Client Engineering: Client Operating Systems, Client Hardware, Application delivery, MDM, TSS, Infrastructure Systems: NetApp, CommVault, Cisco UCS, F5, VMWare, TSS, Enterprise Applications: Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SSO.
Research, analyze, recommend, and implement solutions within their scope and enhancements. Requires the ability to systematically isolate technical issues and provide outstanding technical support to our clients.
Sharing rotation of on-call duties after hours and weekends to respond to emergency outages.
Preparing system solution designs, implementing complex enterprise-class systems and applications, analyzing the performance of infrastructure to assist with capacity planning, and performing system upgrades and monitoring the health of all systems, infrastructure, and applications.
Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

Collaboration Services Engineer / Powershell Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
4-7 years of experience in system or network engineering in a mid-size company with a proven track record of success, required.
MCP/MCSA/MCSE, preferred.
Strong coordination, organization, troubleshooting, and communication abilities required.
Proven experience with building and maintaining systems and infrastructure.
Advanced knowledge of and experience with several core technologies. including vSphere, SRM, Client hardware/software or operating system. deployment, Windows operating systems, RedHat Linux operating system, Exchange, Active Directory, clustering, load balancing, Citrix, Cisco UCS, Cisco Nexus, Microsoft Lync, CommVault and F5.
Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
Experience with enterprise-class storage systems NetApp preferred.
Experience with SCOM and SCCM.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Knowledge of trends in technology in multiple areas.
Positive attitude.
Proven ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Very strong customer service orientation.
Experience developing architecture documentation/Roadmaps.
Salary: $45-$50/hr. (DOE)
