Client Success Project Manager
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Portland, OR office and take the lead with client-facing projects, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing a seamless experience for customers. Building strong relationships with clients and partners is crucial, the Project Manager needs to employ various strategies to organize teams, meet success criteria, and engage stakeholders effectively. The role entails supervising every stage of the project, ensuring adherence to schedules, and employing time management skills. The Project Manager must adeptly handle and resolve derailments, communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders, and employ risk management and contingency planning. Additionally, they are responsible for devising effective methods to measure and analyze project progress against the planned development.

Client Success Project Manager Responsibilities
Implement project management procedures, follow-up and communication processes, and internal and external documentation. 
Conduct a weekly report to internal stakeholders on the status of projects, issues, and successes.
Ensure effective use of time management through scheduling, reporting, and providing the client with documentation. 
Usher and drive projects from sold to completion with aiming to close $205K in consulting revenue every month. 
Streamline communication between internal and external stakeholders to reduce delays and confusion.
Provide clients with weekly reports and timelines to ensure clear and effective communication on progress. 

Stakeholder Management:
Support departmental growth initiatives through providing an exceptional experience to customer resulting in 25% increase in earned revenue. 
Communicate with external and internal stakeholders, on project status, updates, and requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, vendors, stakeholders, etc. as needed to meet project objectives
Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring client success and satisfaction to result in 7 or higher on an NPS.
Support business development activities through early client interaction, project development, and stakeholder management.

Success Criteria
Success in this role is shown by the effective implementation of project management procedures and communication processes. The Project Manager should conduct weekly reports to keep internal stakeholders informed about the project status, issues, and successes. Time management is crucial to for closing $205K in consulting services revenue each month, and streamlining of communication to reduce delays and confusion. Successful stakeholder management is measured by supporting departmental growth initiatives, achieving a 25% increase in earned revenue through external projects, and maintaining exceptional communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the project manager should foster strong relationships with clients, aiming for a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 7 or higher, and actively contribute to business development through client interaction and project management.

Client Success Project Manager Qualifications Desired
Tech or consulting services delivery project management expertise. 
Project Management: 3-5 years. 
Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency.
Organizational and communication skills.
Document creation and organization.
Knowledge of Salesforce.

Salary: $85,000-$90,000 (DOE)
