Civil Engineer
The Civil Engineer I will perform civil site design, environmental assessments and permitting, water resource management planning and design, performing facility condition assessments and capital asset management planning, performing detailed cost analyses and material take-offs of a variety of building types throughout the US and other countries; performing design engineering (plans, specs and cost estimates) for facility maintenance and repair projects, and performing construction management for ongoing construction efforts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with limited civil/environmental design experience.

In this Role, You will:
Work collaboratively with a team of multi-discipline engineers to produce high quality, code compliant design documents within an established schedule and budget.
Review as-builts documents, codes and regulations and develop design drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, cost estimates and permit applications.
Complete site visits to understand existing conditions while developing design or construction documents.
Complete facility condition assessments and capital asset management planning.
Complete detailed cost analyses and material take-offs of a variety of building types throughout the US and other countries.
Be involved in construction management for ongoing construction efforts.

You Will be a Great Fit if:
You have a BS Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
You have an FE Certification (required) with the ability to obtain PE Certification within two years.
You have 0-3 years of professional engineering experience.

Salary: $80,000-$60,000/yr. (DOE)
