Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Our local client with 150+ years of service to the Portland community seeks a strategic, forward-thinking full-time Chief Financial Officer to join their passionate and mission-oriented team. CFO Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation activities.
• Oversee loans/investments and prepare financial models.
• Research, assess, and recommend changes to improve processes and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with the organization's mission and financial goals.
• Support additional teams and facility operations as needed.

CFO Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience including 5 years of leadership/supervisory responsibility.
• Strong business acumen and exposure to handling facility operations; non-profit experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting/modeling, and budgeting.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite and financial reporting software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $140k-$165k (DOE)
