We are seeking a Channels Manager to lead, innovate, and expand our distribution network—including dealers, shipyards, and resellers—driving sales performance and market penetration in the marine engine, power generation, and industrial sectors. About the Role
As a Channels Manager, you will:
- Set & Lead Dealer Vision: Develop and execute an innovative dealer and distribution strategy that transforms market presence and accelerates revenue growth.
- Aggressively Expand Market Reach: Identify, pursue, and secure new channel partnerships, particularly in emerging and underdeveloped regions.
- Elevate Dealer Performance: Inspire high performance by setting bold KPIs, monitoring results, and implementing impactful performance improvement initiatives.
- Innovate Dealer Engagement: Launch fresh approaches to training, dealer enablement, and technology adoption, keeping the network at the forefront of industry evolution.
- Own Revenue Growth: Lead channel-driven sales initiatives to exceed ambitious business objectives and drive profitability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and service teams to align and amplify channel success.
- Negotiate Strategically: Structure dealer agreements, pricing models, and incentive programs that optimize long-term growth and market advantage.
Education & Experience Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in industry sales, channel management, or dealer development, with a strong track record of driving bold growth.
- Proven experience transforming dealer networks and expanding market reach.
- In-depth understanding of engines, power generation, and aftermarket services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and surpass sales and market share targets through aggressive channel strategies.
- Market Expansion: Successfully build and deepen presence in key and emerging regions.
- Dealer Performance: Cultivate high-performing dealer networks with measurable improvements in service, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Innovation Leadership: Implement new ideas and programs that set the benchmark for channel excellence.
Salary: $135,000 – $155,000 per year
