Allocation Planner

Our client is seeking an Allocation Planner to assist their organization in Beaverton, Oregon.

Allocation Planner Responsibilities
The Allocation team plays a critical role in how the company shows up at retail to our consumers. It’s about getting the product to the consumer when they want it, where they want it. You are an influencer, leveraging in-season consumer insights to influence upstream assortment decisions. You are part of a collaborative team operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will build and maintain strong relationships across teams, which includes partnerships across Location Planning, Assortment Planning, and Merchandising teams. You are also the main connection point between the field and the supply chain. In this role, you will make the assortment plan come to life in their stores & position inventory to efficiently fulfill consumer demand across our physical and digital platforms. You will play a key role in how we support the future of company stores through Allocation.

Allocation Planner Qualifications
Analytical and Data-Savvy – able to manage a large data set and identify themes and opportunities; able to prioritize what areas are most important, pull up on the major themes and focus area; this individual will work with our allocation & replenishment tool (JustEnough), comfortable working with a web-based system to execute their work.
Detail Oriented and Organized – strong follow-through and good self-management.
Collaboration and communication – able to work very closely with cross-functional teams, strong ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships cross-functionally are key skills.

Compensation: Up to $23.52/hr. (DOE)
