Accounts Payable Specialist
Our local manufacturing client seeks a customer service-focused AP Specialist to join their on-site team!

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities

• Perform 3-way match; research and reconcile discrepancies.
• Input AP data and post cash receipts.
• Process AP invoices and remittances.
• Set up vendor accounts in SAP.
• Reach out to vendors to verify information.

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-process accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Strong knowledge of 3-way matching and general accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $22-$28/hr. (DOE) + Excellent Benefits!
