Accounts Payable Specialist
Our local manufacturing client seeks a customer service-focused AP Specialist to join their on-site team!
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities
- Perform 3-way match; research and reconcile discrepancies.
- Input AP data and post cash receipts.
- Process AP invoices and remittances.
- Set up vendor accounts in SAP.
- Reach out to vendors to verify information.
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
- 1+ years of full-process accounts payable experience.
- Proficiency with SAP and Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Strong knowledge of 3-way matching and general accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: $22-$28/hr. (DOE) + Excellent Benefits!
