Accounts Payable Specialist
Our Pacific Northwest client has an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This company has continued to focus on providing top notch quality to their customers, driving their growth from day one. 

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities

• Code invoices appropriately; reconcile as needed.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries/issues.
• Prepare payments and mail out checks.
• Assist with general ledger activities. 
• Provide backup coverage with answering incoming calls.

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or combination of equivalent education and experience. 
• Accounts payable experience with strong knowledge in general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to QuickBooks or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $26+/hr. (DOE)
