Accounts Payable Specialist
Our multi-state trades client, who has over 50 years of service, is seeking a knowledgeable Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team full-time. If you've been looking to join a collaborative team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit card transactions.
• Perform 3-way match; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor vendor accounts ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain general ledger ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support AR reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Additional duties and projects as requested.

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience; trades background preferred.
• Tech-savvy with MS Dynamics and MS Office Suite including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent data-entry, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $50k-$59k (DOE)
