Accounts Payable Clerk
Our client has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk with stellar customer service skills to support their onsite accounting team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience at a large well-known company! 

Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and enter invoices.
• Reconcile invoices to statements and audit expense reports.
• Complete daily balancing of reports.
• Maintain and file checks and accounting documents.
• Support other A/P team members.

Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications 

• 1 year of accounts payable and data entry experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly required.
• Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Salary: $19.71/hr.
