Accounting Specialist
Our well-established client seeks a dynamic and reliable Accounting Specialist to join their team! This role will support various accounting functions and is a great fit for someone who enjoys pivoting between multiple roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and seeking an opportunity to join a well-tenured team for the long run.

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities

• Perform daily billing activities.
• Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with payroll processing and audit data for accuracy.
• Additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Accounting Specialist Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience including AP and AR; payroll experience a plus.
• Degree in Accounting or similar field a plus.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and MS Office including strong Excel skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Deadline-driven with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $20-$25/hr. (DOE)
