Accounting Manager (Healthcare)
Our client seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to join their mission-driven organization. This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site in Moses Lake, Washington.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, and payroll processes for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support budget preparation and management for multiple programs and grants.
• Coordinate audit activities including the 401(k) and cost report submissions.
• Maintain business licenses, tax exemptions, and balance liability accounts.

Accounting Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Background in healthcare accounting and federal grant management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Compensation: $95k–$120k (DOE)
