Accounting Manager
Our industry-leading professional services client has an immediate opening for a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead their accounting team. This full-time role provides an opportunity to work in an A+ office environment with a highly motivated and collaborative team.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Oversee accounting team, treasury and accounting functions.
• Ensure month-end close is completed timely and accurately.
• Research and analyze complex technical financial and accounting results and issues.
• Perform analysis and maintain reporting.
• Review team members’ work.
• Partner with internal members to ensure internal controls within processes are maintained.

Accounting Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, technical accounting, and reporting requirements.
• Proficient with ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

Salary: $90-$115k + Bonus (DOE)
