Qualifications of the Senior Recruiter
Two years' recent experience recruiting in a staffing firm is required.
Experience recruiting for accounting and finance positions preferred.
Extensive, proven relationships in the Pacific Northwest market are highly desired.
Must have a verifiable track record of consistent growth and top performance.
Must be a self-motivated, disciplined, and ambitious individual willing to do what it takes to drive company growth.
Experience in creative candidate sourcing through networking organizations, internet searching, referrals, and direct recruiting.
Must have high integrity and put your values and reputation above all else.
