Payroll Specialist
Our Portland client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to process payroll in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic, collaborative, dynamic group.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist
High volume full process multi-state payroll processing.
Manual check processing.
Calculate deductions and time adjustments. 
Respond to payroll and garnishment inquiries. 
Audit files and report discrepancies.
Perform data entry and maintain employee and payroll records.

Payroll Specialist Qualifications
3 years of full-process payroll experience; multi-state payroll preferred.
Familiar with GAAP, payroll regulations, and processes.
CPP a plus.
ERP systems and MS Office Suite knowledge; UltiPro/UKG/Ultimate a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
