Cost Accounting Analyst 
Business is booming at our Portland-metro manufacturing client, and they are looking for a full-time Cost Accounting Analyst. This is a highly hands-on role where this individual will wear multiple hats and help out with costing and various accounting functions.  

Cost Accounting Analyst Responsibilities 
Support fixed asset accounting. 
Manage WIP variances and update standard costs. 
Perform analysis and audit cost variances.
Assist with physical counts and audits.
Calculate material costs and generate reports. 
Perform month-end close and inventory reconciliations. 
Continuous development and implementation of cost accounting process improvements.

Cost Accounting Analyst Qualifications 
3 years of cost accounting experience, manufacturing background preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Knowledge of GAAP, variance analysis, and cost accounting principles.
Tech-savvy with ERP systems and MS Excel. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset and solutions-oriented.
