Client Operations Specialist

As a Client Operations Specialist you will provide administrative support to our successful and tenured Account Management team.  You will strive to provide the best professional, high-level customer service for both internal and external customers. Essential Functions of the Client Operations Specialist
Review and edit job descriptions, update client and job order information and release new job orders for recruitment.
Assist with the job order process for multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
Assist with sales lead research and data management within CRM.
Serve as a point of contact for Account Managers' clients in their absence.
May assist with Requests for Proposal and client audits.
Assist with special projects.

Qualifications of the Client Operations Specialist
BA in Business or related field preferred with 3+ years of experience in an administrative sales support role.
Calm under pressure with the ability to maintain records in a timely and accurate mode.
Ability to organize and manage deadlines across a variety of tasks and projects.
Good decision-making skills, communication abilities and sound practical judgement of priorities.
Strong customer service abilities serving both internal staff and external customers.
Familiar with MS Office Suite, informational databases, and resourceful utilizing social media.
