Administrative Office Specialist
Our Portland client is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join their Hillsboro, Oregon team. The ideal candidate is a team player, reliable, and motivated to continually learn.
This position will be working partially onsite and remote.
Administrative Office Specialist Responsibilities
Scan and update documents in the system for record-keeping.
Research claim information to provide to analysts.
Contact external vendors to request records.
Generate outgoing letters and documentation to customers.
Distribute reports and identify discrepancies.
Collaborate with other teams and departments on time-sensitive requests.
Additional administrative duties to support various teams.
Administrative Office Specialist Qualifications
Associates degree in Business or similar field.
1 year of administrative or office support experience.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Flexible and dependable.
