Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst
Support the continuous development and implementation of strategic and financial planning and analysis projects, policy, best practice, and process improvements.
Financial analysis and reporting.
Assist with the development of KPIs and performance metrics across multiple departments.
Budgets vs. actuals.
Support data strategies.
Ad hoc financial analysis.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Master's preferred.
5+ years of financial or business analysis experience.
Strong ERP systems knowledge; SQL required.
Understanding of sales processes.
MS Office Suite experience, with skills in Excel and Word.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
