Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
Assisting with retention efforts, including conducting stay interviews.
Assisting with HR compliance including updating human resources records and communications about labor laws.
Assisting with other special projects as requested by the HR Director.
Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications
2+ years in a related recruiting and HR support position.
HR degree or certificate highly preferred.
Experience with ADP’s Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
