QA / Image Asset Coordinator, Digital Product Creation
As part of the evolution of the Post-Production team, Digital Product Creation is seeking an Image Asset Coordinator and QA Specialist. You will work across multiple product engines, categories, and levels of leadership to support excellence in digital image creation. Qualified candidates will be highly organized, technical, flexible and collaborative.
QA / Image Asset Coordinator, Digital Product Creation Responsibilities
The Image Asset Coordinator will serve as a liaison between Digital Product Creation and the Global Product teams for accuracy validation.
Provide customer service to wholesale account partners; troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
Maintain the highest level of quality control for all asset deliverables including consistency, accuracy, and completeness against brand standards.
Input/manage data from multiple sources & planning tools to identify image discrepancies.
Manage and distribute images to multiple databases, ensuring that images flow to the appropriate consuming applications.
Provide front line communication, instructions and monitoring assistance for internal and external sources.
Develop and maintain documentation on roles and duties associated with asset coordination and QA.
Attend weekly team huddles and track against launch dates for key products.
Track and organize production and distribution of assets; quality assurance checks for metadata/labeling of assets.
Monitor the approval process for a variety of product imagery.
Provide support to the Production Team as needed.
Partner with Lead Retouchers to communicate product changes and ensure all aesthetic quality assurance checkpoints are met.
Triage and route issue requests, in collaboration with Production Support and other internal and external partners.
Maintain workflow systems.
Other duties as assigned.
QA / Image Asset Coordinator, Digital Product Creation Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in an operations role
Bachelor’s Degree in communications/Marketing or comparable experience.
Proficiency using Mac OS and Microsoft Excel required.
Knowledge of modern content management systems preferred but not required.
Retail product knowledge and/or experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of photography and retouching preferred but not required.
Self-motivated, results oriented and well organized.
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong, client-service approach.
Strict attention to detail and ability to take direction.
Working knowledge of photography & image editing.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Strong problem-Solving skills.
A passion for digital assets and learning.
Ability to work independently.
Detail and Process Oriented.
Mature attitude with the ability to cope well under pressure.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
Highly organized, flexible and team oriented.
