Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their team in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate has a consistent record managing complex project portfolios and a solid background in the membership/loyalty space.
Manage the Member Growth portfolio process: alignment with strategy, business planning & prioritization, integrated status tracking and portfolio reporting, including monthly & quarterly business reviews.
Ensure project objectives are aligned with business priorities and managed within financial and resource constraints.
Establish and maintain cross functional and regional coordination of member initiatives.
Manage project dependencies and risks as well as contingency planning as needed.
Act as an escalation point for project issues that impact project cost, schedule and / or performance.
Manage prioritization, planning and execution of projects for member journey initiatives across physical and digital touchpoints.
Develop operational playbooks and optimization plans in partnership with Geo teams to bring member journeys to life in Geo.
7-10 years of expertise in program and portfolio management.
Experience in eCommerce, Retail, Membership/Loyalty.
Attention to detail and ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous projects.
Team player, proactive, flexible and with a desire to learn and grow.
Ability to effectively communicate strategy, requirements, and capabilities and drive progress with stakeholders across the enterprise.
Proven track record of driving ubiquitous programs that operate at scale.
Experience working in a global environment and planning for scalable solutions that address localized needs.
