Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator with Administrative experience for their team in Beaverton, Oregon.
Supports team in executing communication plan (internal and external); provides status communications, as well as updating team site with deadlines and other necessary pages.
Write communications for org announcements as well as portfolio delivery announcements, posting to multiple channels.
Assists team with administrative duties including but not limited to scheduling meetings, updating org calendar, ordering supplies, making arrangements, etc.
This also includes assisting in building/combining presentations, light data entry, as well as note taking during meetings.
Experience in being a high performer within a fast-paced office environment and being able to multi-task.
Must have strong organizational skills, as well as ability to consistently hit deadlines.
PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel experience a must.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications, or at least 6 years of relevant experience in supporting a sports/athletic industry.
