Program Manager
Our client is seeking Senior Program Manager to join their team in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasking self-starter with demonstrated experience in matrixed organizations. This person will bring a strong technology-based skillset and obsess the details as they work across teams to deliver large-scale programs. The program manager thrives in new environments and is, first and foremost a problem solver with a knack for working with and across diverse teams to deliver high quality initiatives on time. 

Responsibilities 
Project & program management skills leveraging Agile principles including developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, communications and quality/testing plans.
Intake high-level business needs and translate them into technical requirements and an executable plan.
Consistent track record of success driving complex projects and programs from inception to delivery.
Formulate and drive actionable recommendations to solve complex problem.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or, 3-5 years equivalent work experience.
Experience with and comfort using: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and program management software.
Ability to take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, executing with precision.
A deep understanding of what it takes to build and deploy software iteratively in collaboration with large product, engineering, design and operational teams.
Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions.
Track record of working well with others by partnering, leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills (building presentations, editing, and writing) with demonstrated experience leading discussions with senior leadership.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills and attitude.
Embody and cultivate a culture of inclusion, trust and collaboration.
