Product Owner- Direct Finance
Our client is seeing a Product Owner-Direct Finance. As a Product Owner with Finance and Procurement Technologies, you will help define and execute the product feature, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, and help identify opportunities to take advantage of. You will define and execute a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a strong understanding of consumer and stakeholder needs, insights and an even stronger handle on in-depth product expertise and data analysis.
Strong understanding and expertise in key areas of retail finance and technology, Digital – Consumer Data/Journey, Order Management, Fulfillment and Financials.
Building partnership with key stakeholders to help drive roadmap definition, prioritization, and adoption of products.
Understanding and advocating for market, consumer, and finance stakeholder needs to ensure we are building the right product functionality at the right time to deliver maximum value to our consumers and business.
Collaborate with members of the Direct Finance scrum teams to provide business insights that enable engineers and product analysts to deliver the required business objectives.
Partner with architects and other technology & product leaders on building scalable solutions from conception to delivery.
8+ years of experience in Product management role or requirements development role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies with experience working on a scrum team.
Applied, finance experience using Tier 1 ERP (SAP Retail Preferred).
Strong Consumer Direct background with the ability to look at consumer insights/ digital, retail trends through a financial lens and translate them into measurable KPI’s and recommendations.
Big systems thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
Great team player with an ability to partner, lead, and influence across multiple teams and capabilities.
