Our client is looking for a Product Manager who will support NetSuite U.S. payroll products
Product Manager Responsibilities
Monitoring legislative changes in the U.S. payroll area.
Gathering legislative requirements.
Confirming and validating requirements with authorities.
Review, research and provide guidance on compliance issues that arise for any US state; primarily to the development team.
Documenting detailed requirements for development.
Working with QA to provide test cases if necessary and ensure proper testing NetSuite payroll.
Working with Development, Support and customers to resolve statutory compliance issues.
Product Manager Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of U.S. business and statutory payroll processing and reporting requirements; this role will require expertise/ability to research in all US states and territories.
Experience with processing and/or implementing U.S. payrolls.
Analytical skills to translate complex statutory requirements into clearly articulated software requirements.
Ability to research and provide resolution for compliance issues that will span across local, state (all) and Federal guidelines.
In addition, membership with the American Payroll Association (APA) and having Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is highly desired.
