Operationalize and execute portfolio management.
Collect, consolidate, and coordinate.
Help identify opportunities and gaps and creatively problem solve to support the strategy.
Ensure that program/project progress is accurate and updated regularly.
Partner with other portfolio and operations teammates (e.g., AIC/ Captains, Women’s, Sports Marketing) and be the key contact with teammates in Strategy and Finance.
Lead and Report on the portfolio status/update/key results to Innovation leaders and stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Strategic thought partnership to help lead and drive the internal Women’s Innovation.
Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple project streams and complexity; propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way required.
Connects the dots to the fulfillment of strategies/strategic roadmap with clarity of purpose and enterprise thinking.
Enables to have higher rates of success for projects/programs aligned to mid-and long-term goals.
