Payroll Administrator
Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their Portland team. This company started in the Pacific Northwest growing to international operations. A key part of the organization's culture revolves around their employees and supporting each other.

Payroll Administrator Responsibilities
Ensure payroll transactions are accurate and processed timely. 
Verify payroll, compensation, and benefit calculations. 
Correspond with third-party vendors and tax contacts.
Ensure compliance with payroll and wage laws. 
Prepare payroll reports. 
Balance payroll accounts and solves payroll discrepancies. 
Assist with audit requests and provide requested documentation. 
Implement and maintain payroll processing systems. 

Payroll Administrator Qualifications
Associates degree; CPP certification a plus. 
5 years of union and non-union payroll experience; experience with multi-state or international a plus.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and payroll taxation.
Familiar with using payroll software; JD Edwards a plus. 
Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
