Our client is looking for a Payment Integrity Director to join their team. This non-profit organization has been servicing Pacific Northwest communities for 25+ years.
Payment Integrity Director Responsibilities
Oversee and implement operations related to the payment audit programs.
Ensure payment processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and present process recommendations.
Develop inventory tracking and staff forecasting.
Assist with strategic planning and recommend budgets aligned with company goals.
Oversee payment integrity projects and correspond with vendors when needed.
Manage resources and approve budget allocations.
Supervise, coach, and develop staff members.
Attend review meetings with Executives and Management.
Payment Integrity Director Qualifications
8 years of progressive payment integrity experience related to benefits enrollment, claims, pharmacy, or healthcare.
3 years of management experience.
Financial management and overseeing project experience.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred.
Collaborative, great communication skills, and presentation skills.
Analytical with excellent decision making skills.
