Our PNW client is looking for a part time accounting clerk to assist on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate is someone independent, down-to-earth, and can jump in to support the accounting functions with ease.
Part Time Accounting Clerk Responsibilities
Perform weekly accounts payable functions.
Handle accounts receivable entries and contact customers regarding balances.
Assist with bank reconciliations, purchase orders, and month-end close activities.
Support payroll processing and credit card expenses.
Order office supplies and general administrative duties.
Part Time Accounting Clerk Qualifications
Associates degree in accounting or business preferred.
2+ years of AR/AP accounting experience.
Familiar with ERP systems required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptable and able to learn quickly.
Highly organized and accurate.
