Our client is seeking a customer service-oriented Office Specialist to handle all incoming and outgoing mail including sorting, processing and metering mail efficiently, and providing customers with the highest level of service available.
Office Specialist Responsibilities
Receive and sort interoffice and various types of mail.
Meter all outgoing USPS mail.
Monitor email inboxes and respond as needed.
Identify areas for improvements and suggest solutions.
Update data in systems and maintain records.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Office Specialist Qualifications
1 year of administrative/office experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with the desire to learn.
