Our client has an immediate need for an Office Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate is motivated with a can-do attitude ready to jump in and assist multiple departments' requests.
This position will be working partially onsite and remote.
Office Assistant Responsibilities
Handle mailing/shipping needs.
Order supplies, catering requests, and restock office common areas.
Coordinate meetings and manage schedules.
Monitor email inboxes and answer incoming phone calls.
Perform filing and maintain records.
Additional administrative duties and projects as needed.
Office Assistant Qualifications
6 months of administrative or office support experience.
Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong data entry skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
