.Net Tech Lead
Our Consulting client will be hiring a .NET Tech Lead for a hands-on role in the software development cycle. The Tech Leads work closely with our Solution’s Architects, and act as the primary technical point of contact on projects. The primary responsibility of the Tech Lead is writing code to meet technical requirements. Some client interaction is required as well as mentoring and leading other engineers on project teams.
Work collaboratively with Solution Architects to ensure project deliverables are meeting customer expectations.
Work collaboratively with QA Engineers through participation in the testing process.
Provide clearly written documentation when required.
Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources.
Collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to provide estimates.
Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation.
Work with Resource Management to define overall recruiting needs and expertise in solution area.
Mentor and coach technical resources.
Stay technically current in software technology through conferences, classes and self-study.
10 years of full stack .net software development experience:
ORMs (Object-relational mapping).
Azure and/or AWS.
