Loss Mitigation Manager
Our client is looking for a Loss Mitigation Manager to join their team. The Loss Mitigation Manager is responsible for the oversight of the call center, web services, and refinance opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team!
Loss Mitigation Manager Responsibilities
Assist in the management of all aspects of customer contact processes including customer service and loss mitigation.
Manage day to day operations of the call center area to ensure smooth work flow and to achieve predetermined goals.
Create SQL dashboards and reporting tools to track metrics.
Build an effective team committed to delivering world-class customer care and achieving department and organization goals.
Accurately assess the strengths and development needs of employees including timely and specific feedback and performance management.
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure timely, accurate, cost-effective, and excellent service.
Identify and analyze escalated problems and provide guidance to team members for resolution.
Negotiate solutions and acts as a liaison with internal and external customers when needed.
Loss Mitigation Manager Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop employees.
Loss mitigation experience required.
Experience building dashboards and creating reports for metrics using SQL required.
Ability lead a team to reach performance objectives and goals.
Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite required.
Highly detail-oriented and able to organize multiple priorities.
