Greet customers / walk in guests.
Answer the phone, problem solve, direct to the right place.
Sit at the front desk / Concierge.
Support staff of 22.
Confirm appointments, stay organized.
Keep calendar for the branch.
Client feels like the most important.
Office Management / Order supplies.
Order catering, birthday parties, pay the bills.
Assisting with loans/processing (strong attention to detail).
Order insurance binder.
Follow up that all information is correct.
Being open to learning, growing, interested in the Mortgage Industry.
