IT Support Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the next generation of customer facing digital business solutions in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for supporting and maintain a unique online visibility and collaboration platform. Working within a Global IT team you will also provide end user training, onboard new customers, and work with existing customers to  implement minor system enhancements resolve systems issues.  This role will also collaborate with the product owner on the product roadmap.

This role will suit someone who has the ability to identify business requirements and translate working group projects into implementation schedules for the custom developed solutions and ensure they meet the acceptance criteria for internal end users and clients.

Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and converting into functional solutions by working with others in Global IT.
Perform application administration, system monitoring, integration mapping, and reporting.
Respond to and resolve issues reported by end users through ticketing system, add/remove users and update administrative and security permissions.
Support and coordinated resolution of reported application issues with others in Global IT.
Create and modify reports, ad hoc queries and analysis in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Identify issue patterns and facilitate root cause analysis and resolution.
Perform data mapping and data discovery investigations.
Draft end-user documentation and conduct application training.
Collaborate with the Connect product owner to implement new functionality, perform maintenance projects, and research new issues.

Qualifications
1-3 years of IT Support, Desktop Support and/or Production Support.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL (ability to read, not write, although that is nice to have).
Experience with Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Management, and/or Transportation Integration frameworks
Comfortable working with a highly collaborative, globally distributed team as well as independently.
Excellent customer facing skills and understanding of different communication styles.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Strong organizational, documentation and collaboration skills.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a focus on existing offerings and continuous improvement.
Self-motivated with ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing environment.

Desired Skills
Experience in an Agile environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Monday, Visual Studio, and Microsoft TEAMS.
