Our growing client, with local headquarters, is looking for an Inventory Specialist to join their team. This role plays a hybrid role in handling inventory-related needs while providing administrative support to the Distribution VP.
Inventory Specialist Responsibilities
Maintain physical count accuracy and reconcile as needed.
Update the database with incoming and outgoing counts.
Create and maintain inventory reports.
Assist with scheduling and taking incoming calls.
Provide Accounting and Distribution teams with inventory information.
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Inventory Specialist Qualifications
2 years of related inventory experience.
Degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong problem solving skills.
