Inventory Operations Manager
Our client is hiring an Inventory Operations Manager for their team in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities:
Read, forecast, guide, and respond on inventory, driving inventory productivity and enabling profitable growth across all dimensions.
Inventory Forecast Accuracy: Manage Inventory Forecast Process with APLA territories to deliver an accurate monthly, quarterly & seasonal forecast.
Drive alignment between Financial Forecast, Consensus Operating Plan & Inventory Plans.
Inventory Health Review: Drive Geo/Global IHR review and requirements. Work with territory inventory ops team to prepare for IHR and have strategy aligned to meet business objectives.
Deliver and Drive flexible inventory strategies through Value Chain Integration & Alignment.
Be an Enterprise Leader and ensure stakeholders and contributors are informed & consulted through Global Inventory Alignment process, Senior DSM Leadership reviews and Integrated Business Planning forums.
Enable NFS Rebuy Alignment & accuracy.
Lead, Facilitate & Drive Healthy Inventory Health through pre-season, in-season and post-season approach.
Manage & liquidate aged inventory through the Closed Loop Planning Process.
Inventory Movements: Proactively find opportunities to execute production diverts and intercompany stock transfers between territories and geographies to manage overall inventory health.
Create visibility to results through predictable and consumable communications, including newsletters, business updates and executive reviews.
Presentation Skills: Presents ideas and solutions in easy-to-understand manner to influence people and decisions.
Facilitation Skills: Stimulates discussion, generates ideas, listens, produces outcomes and synthesizes results.
Leads By Example: Applies high support Inventory Management capability testing and implementation and standards consistent with company values to every day behavior and interactions.
Team Participation: Actively supports Inventory Operations Director by delivering ad hoc reporting, and analytical projects and commentary. 
Collaborates cross-functionally with territory teams.
Deliver and Drive flexible inventory strategies through Value Chain integration & alignment.
Performance Management: Drive performance management process and metrics. Prepare for Global/Geo performance alignment meetings.
Inventory Management: Leveraging Performance Management metrics to identify and manage inventory planning against set targets.
Support Closed Loop Planning to ensure optimized close out inventory and SKU management within logistics centers.
Target Setting: Drive Inventory Operations Target setting process with Global/Geo and territories to ensure alignment on key metrics and targets to measure Inventory Health.
Create visibility to results through predictable and consumable communications, including newsletters, business updates and executive reviews.
Reporting: run and execute ad-hoc reporting to align and integrate territory and Geo views.
Inventory Management Capability testing and implementation.
