Infrastructure - Integrations Engineer
Our client is seeking an Infrastructure/Integrations Engineer to include research new technologies and upgrades and determining their effectiveness; engineering and integrating new and existing technologies, tools, and applications into the company environment; documenting decisions, designs, and installation instructions; and training the appropriate internal resources. On-call support is required on a rotating basis. These responsibilities span facilities throughout the Oregon region. At times, engineers will be expected to assist IS employees in other service areas where equipment resides.

Infrastructure - Integrations Engineer Responsibilities
Integrate diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve overall goals.
Troubleshoot and debug system issues to increase the performance and quality of data.
Document and create visual representations of systems and their inputs and outputs.
Optimize maintenance and deployments of enterprise software solutions to ensure integrated functionality
Document help desk troubleshooting procedures, operations manuals, and user guides.
Research, design, implement, and troubleshoot information systems and technology solutions in support of business needs.
Prioritize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines, with many interruptions.
Maintain technical knowledge in a rapidly evolving environment.
Keeping systems running and functioning properly.
Provides technical support of production, development, and/or test Windows-based and other client and server systems based OS, Citrix, Exchange Server, IIS, SAN, DNS/DHCP/WINS, Design, and Architecture, Print Services, business-critical applications, and Anti-Virus deployment and support.
Assists in the coordination and establishment of disaster recovery processes and business resumption planning across Windows-based server platforms.
Schedule, perform, and maintain operating system installations and upgrades, as well as layered software packages.
Monitor, evaluate, and configure systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
Ensure server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
Ensure data recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operational procedures.
Conduct routine hardware and software audits of Windows-based servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. 
Maintain a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration library of all supported systems.
Provide the highest degree of data security and integrity through diligent and daily monitoring of backup logs for each assigned server with action plans.

Infrastructure - Integrations Engineer Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of IT-related experience or;
Associate's Degree with 8 years of IT-related experience or;
10 years of IT-related experience without a degree.
At least 4 years of Industry experience supporting production level Windows servers in a 24x7 environment.
Experience providing technical and/or work process guidance and direction to team members.
Experience at creating, assigning, and following up on tasks across multiple technology disciplines.
Multi-tier application integration.
Trizetto Medicare Framework.
Elastic Stack.
Claim Editing Systems.
Enterprise Application integration and implementation.
.NET Framework.
DCOM and COM+.
Java implementation.
Experience in two or more of the following sub-specialties associated with Windows-based server management: Active Directory, Virtual Machine, Linux-based OS, Citrix, Exchange Server, IIS, SAN, Back-ups, Design and Architecture, Print Services, specific business-critical applications, Anti-Virus deployment, and support.
