In App Education Instructional Designer
In this role you will shape how users become familiar and learn how to use internal products within the applications. You will manage the curriculum strategy while developing and managing the delivery of multi-modal content to internal products using Pendo. We are looking for a smart, technical, skilled person who can communicate at all levels, that are passionate about implementing cool and efficient education materials that enable fast learning and promotion of features that help our clients get their work done more efficiently. While the role reports to the Product Documentation Manager, you will be an integral part of the product, development, and UX design teams.

Qualifications
Experience creating tiered learner focused developmental trainings with design thinking approach using principles of differentiation and multiple intelligence.
An unquestionable affinity towards the use of instructional principles to develop the appearance, organization, and functionality of learning systems and materials.
Training / teaching / writing / online education / distance learning / education setting, or web technology experience.
Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements.
Capability to acquire and apply new technology skills to instructional design practice.
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with UX/UI designers and product managers. 
Experience working with user research and analyzing customer feedback.
Experience meeting aggressive schedules while producing quality content Qualifications.
Degree in instructional design/instructional or educational technology.
3-5 years of instructional designer experience specifically focused on designing multi-modal development trainings programs for SaaS products. 
Knowledge of teaching methodologies and adult theories, as well as learning preferences and styles.
Creating an in-product instructional strategy from scratch.
Experience with the following: Interactive media creation tools, such as Pendo or WalkMe.
Audio/video editing tools 
Graphic design tools
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Server).
Microsoft Office, version 2016 or newer.
Experience working in an agile work environment.
Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. 
Basic knowledge of accounting or finance terms Pluses.
Experience in Healthcare, Financial, and/or Higher Education EPM software products.
Experience using Whimsical, Figma, and/or Confluence.
