Our globally recognized retail client is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. This position will be assisting the HR department with specific COVID-19 related documentation, processes, and communications.
Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities
Interview and collect data from patients and inform contacts who are potentially affected.
Collect and record information on demographics, health statuses, possible high-risk settings, and related information into databases.
Maintain reports for claims and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with HR Managers to resolve issues.
Provide healthcare and benefits related resources.
Additional duties as assigned.
Human Resources Specialist Qualifications
1 year of office, support, or admin experience; experience with HR, public health, or medicine a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to be empathetic.
Fluent in multiple languages a plus.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
Experience with an HR system a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Possible occasional local travel as needed.
