Human Resources Manager
Our Pacific Northwest client is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join their onsite team. This role will serve as the contact point for employee relations, developing policies and programs, and supporting objectives for the organization.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager
Serve as liaison between employees and management supporting employee relation issues, employment laws, and investigations.
Partner with leadership on reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements. 
Plan and facilitate employment trainings and training materials.
Ensure company compliance and keep up to date on local employment laws and regulations updates. 
Special HR projects and duties (compensation analysis and administration, affirmative action, and policy design) as needed.
Human Resources Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Experience with manufacturing or industrial industries highly preferred.
5 years of HR manager and business partnering experience including involving policy development and labor practices, contracts negotiations, and union workforce.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
Effective multi-tasker with great time management and organizational skills.
Ability to assess situations before making changes.
