Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Troutdale, OR. This role will provide on-boarding support for new employees joining the company.
Update employee information in their system and vendor portals.
Assist with monthly benefits billing reconciliations.
Assist employees with benefits or questions.
Support with annual open enrollment.
Assist with payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
2+ years of experience in an HR assistant role.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience working with sensitive information and a high degree of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
MS Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
