Our client is immediately seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer service focused and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities
Track leaves and absences and coordinate with managers.
Support worker's compensation requests.
Assist with recruiting needs (posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding requirements).
Respond to HR inquires.
Additional duties as assigned.
Human Resource Generalist Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
3+ years human resources, benefits, and recruiting experience; experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
Knowledge of current employment, benefit and leave laws.
Familiar with an ERP system; SAP and/or ADP a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, flexible, and organized.
