Our client is immediately seeking an HR Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
HR Payroll Manager Responsibilities
Process multi-entity payroll compliant with State and Federal laws and regulations.
Responsible for filing payroll taxes, and quarterly payroll/benefit reporting.
Set up and maintain employee information, new hires and terminations.
Conduct Month/Year-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Benefit administration; ensure benefit deductions and 401k contributions are submitted to administrators and audit benefit carrier bills for accuracy.
Coordinate open enrollment processes and new hire orientations and manage worker’s comp claims.
Respond to employees regarding payroll, benefit, and expense reports inquires.
HR Payroll Manager Qualifications
3+ years HR, benefits, and payroll experience.
Knowledge of employment, benefit, and payroll regulations and laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and reconcile invoices to enrollments.
Strong accuracy, detail-oriented, and organized.
