HR Manager Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
Manage benefits and 401k administration.
Lead recruitment efforts and manage onboarding/offboarding of employees.
Manage employee relations issues and document employee performance issues.
Create employee trainings and development programs.
Identify and lead HR projects.
Other duties as needed.
HR Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
3+ years of human resources experience includes recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Knowledge of current and upcoming HR-related laws and regulations.
Proficient in using an HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and organized.
