Our client is hiring an HR Coordinator for their team in Beaverton, Oregon.
Provide local employee and manager support.
Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools.
Monitor results and activities to document and implement process improvements.
Develops and recommends change to metrics, service level agreements and vendor relationship based on analysis and objective construct and review of data.
Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Team player and strong experience working in a collaborative work environment.
